The Dibrot and the Mitzvot of the Main Speech
Mitzvot, and more mitzvot; all kinds of mitzvot. That certainly sums up Parshat Ki-Teyze; but why here? Furthermore, why are they presented in what appears to be such a random manner? In this week's shiur we attempt to answer these questions by considering (once again) the overall structure of the 'main speech' of Sefer Devarim. While doing so, we will also explore a very interesting parallel that may exist between the Ten Commandments and the mitzvot in Sefer Devarim. Online:
